Dear Parent,

Please be patient and read read this enire letter, it may very well make the difference in your Child Custody Case!!

I have been through one of the roughest, most stressful experiences of my life over the past 11 months. But, unbelievably, I am actually only a bystander. I have watched my wife fight for custody of her 5-year old daughter, literally giving it everything she's got both mentally and physically.

Once I became aware that the situation was going take such a heavy toll on her, I decided to take an active role. And since I am a scientist, and not a lawyer, I did what I do best, I researched the issue. That's when I stumbled upon a resource that has given me absolutely everything I needed to understand what my wife was going through, and what I could do to help.

I started by purchasing this guide by Dr. Barry Bricklin and Dr. Gail Elliot, who I later found out are two of the most respected experts in the field of child custody. They aren't lawyers. They are psychologists who have studied how child custody battles are fought, and the toll it takes on both the parents and the children. This guide alone has taught me so much that I now know that I am actually able to make a difference in my wife's custody battle. I have been able to take a lead role in the relationship between my wife and her lawyer, which takes a lot of stress off her.

But not only that, I have been able to give the lawyer information that has actually helped her in her case. Her lawyer has asked me on several occassions "how I even knew about that". It's definitely a plus when the lawyer can tell that you know what you are talking about. This guide has has worked wonders for us, and costs so little compared to the $15,000 we have already spent in lawyer's fees.

You need to ask yourself a couple of questions and if you don't know the anwers to all of them then you need to seriously look through this library:

* Do you know how to find the right attorney to handle your case?

* Do you know everything you should before testifying in court?

* Do you know what information than can be used against you in court? (You may be surprised!)

* Do you know the grounds for modifying custody or child support?

* Do you know how to enforce your visitation and custody plan?

* Do you know how to spot the signs of Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS)?

* Do you know what influence the child/children has in making custody decisions?

* Do you know if your lawyer is doing everything he/she can for you and your child?

I can't tell you how important is is to do your research! Don't expect that your lawyer knows everything...And even if he/she does he won't be able to do anything without your help. It will ultimately make the difference in the outcome of your case. You must do everything that you can!
